RFP for Qualified Environmental Consultant Services

East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) requests proposals for Qualified Environmental Consulting Services for the ECIA Brownfields Coalition region. Proposals will be received by ECIA until 2:00 p.m. CDT on April 17, 2024.

Proposals shall be submitted electronically in PDF format, by emailing ddanielson@ecia.org. For further information and complete instructions see the RFP Document.

Any questions from firms regarding this request for proposals must be received by ECIA before 2:00 p.m. CDT on April 9, 2024. Questions must be emailed to ddanielson@ecia.org and received by the deadline. Minority and women-owned businesses and small, local, and emerging contractors are encouraged to participate. ECIA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
