Through ECIA’s wellbeing program the following are encouraged: healthy eating patterns, increased physical activities, preventive health care, full physical and mental growth, and lifelong health and wellbeing. Through an established ECIA Wellness Committee comprised of volunteer ECIA staff, ECIA organizes and provides voluntary opportunities fully or partially funded by ECIA and the employee, for employees to participate in the following: exercise and fitness programs; nutrition programs; and a personal wellness profile program thru MercyOne and/or an organization of ECIA’s choice. ECIA, in cooperation with RTA and the EIRHA, provides an on-site fitness center for employee use.

- Be There: Be emotionally present for people. It’s a powerful message of respect that improves communication and strengthens relationships.

- Make Their Day: Find simple ways to serve or delight people in a meaningful, memorable way. It’s about contributing to someone else’s life—not because you want something, but because that’s the person you want to be.
- Choose Your Attitude: Take responsibility for how you respond to what life throws at you. Your choice affects others. Ask yourself: “Is my attitude helping my team or my customers? Is it helping me to be the person I want to be?”.
