RFP for Planning Consulting Services

East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) requests proposals for Planning Consulting Services for the ECIA Brownfields Coalition region. Proposals will be received by ECIA until 2:00 p.m. CDT on September 6, 2023.

Any questions from firms regarding this request for proposals must be received by ECIA before 2:00 p.m. CDT on August 30, 2023. Questions must be emailed to ddanielson@ecia.org and received by the deadline. Minority and women-owned businesses and small, local, and emerging contractors are encouraged to participate. ECIA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
