Is there a warranty on these homes?
There is a 1-year workmanship warranty on homes. For warranty issues, please go through the contractor.
Are these homes handicap accessible?
Most lots will have no stairs aside from the front porch, but some might have 1 or two steps in the back. If you require additional handicap features, please notify us when you apply. Homes can be made accessible as requested.
How are applicants chosen?
Applicants are chosen on a first come, first serve basis as soon as ALL application materials are received and they are income eligible/bank verified.
Are appliances provided?
Yes, these are included with the price of the home.
What is a HOA and what are the monthly fees?
An HOA is a Homeowner Association. This is an organization within the Bear River Cottages that will take care of lawn and snow maintenance and enforce necessary rules to keep the neighborhood looking pristine for years to come.
