If you are a certified Lead Abatement Contractor, we need your help. If you are a contractor who has interest in becoming a certified Lead Abatement Contractor, we need your help. East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) is administering a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant with the purpose of identifying lead hazards in Delaware and Dubuque county (excluding the City of Dubuque) or the cities of Clinton and Maquoketa. Up to $25,000 of federal funds per home are available for low-moderate income homeowners and rental property owners.
