The ECIA Fundraising Team is a nonprofit resource for communities and nonprofits for capital campaigns and capital projects that require various funding sources. Based in Dubuque, Iowa and working primarily within five eastern Iowa counties, ECIA is the only not-for-profit fundraising counsel in the region. ECIA staff has assisted dozens of local governments and nonprofit community groups in the ECIA region to plan efficiently and secure the funding needed for priority projects at an affordable price. Campaign Feasibility Studies
Before starting a capital campaign, we recommend conducting a comprehensive campaign planning
feasibility study to gauge support for the project, recruit potential leaders, identify challenges and determine how much money you can expect to raise. ECIA will conduct personal interviews with top donors, administer surveys, identify leaders and volunteers and present recommendations based on our study results.
